I found some cheap postcards from a local flea market. These lovelies cost 40 cents each. / Löysimpä halpoja postikortteja kirpparilta. Nämä maksoivat 40 senttiä kipaleelta.

And these postcards (and the postcards in the next photo) are from the local recycling center. All in all these cards cost only 25 cents! A-ma-zing! / Lisäksi löysin kierrätyskeskuksesta kasan postikortteja, jotka maksoivat yhteensä vain 25 senttiä!

Last week I was organizing my drawers and I found my braid (ok, sounds just a bit creepy :D) which I cutted off in November. I have been keeping it in my drawer because I have thought about donating it somewhere. In Finland we don't have any cancer companies (etc) which would be interested in hair donations. So, I decided to send my cutted hair to UK, to Little Princess Trust. They make wigs for children who have cancer and who can't afford a wig. They give these wigs to the children for free. It feels great to take part in something amazing like this! I hope they will receive my donation soon! :) / 

Viime viikolla järjestelin vähän laatikoita ja löysin lettini, jonka leikkasin marraskuussa. Olen säästänyt sitä, koska halusin lahjoittaa sen jonnekin. Suomessa ei tietääkseni ole sellaista syöpäyhtiötä (yms), joka ottaisi vastaan hiuslahjoituksia. Joten päätin sitten lähettää hiukseni Englantiin Little Princess Trust -nimiseen yhtiöön. Siellä hiuslahjoituksista tehdään peruukkeja syöpää sairastaville lapsille, joilla ei ole varaa ostaa peruukkia. Valmiit peruukit annetaankin ilmaiseksi lapsille. Tuntuu upealta osallistua hyväntekeväisyyteen tällä tavalla! Toivottavasti mun paketti saapuu nopeasti ja turvallisesti Englantiin! :)

I have also sent couple of postcards after a long break. These cards travelled  USA, China and Russia. / Lähetin pitkästä aikaa myös muutaman kortin. Nämä menivät Yhdysvaltoihin, Kiinaan ja Venäjälle.

I received postcards from Thailand (my 1st postcard from Thailand!) and Ukraine. / Sain kortin Thaimaasta (ensimmäinen korttini Thaimaasta) ja Ukrainasta.
